CANCELLATION POLICY

EVENT CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISATION

Participants and sponsors will receive a full refund of the payments made. Bank charges will be supported by the Organisation.

EVENT CANCELLATION DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE

Participants and sponsors will receive a refund corresponding to their payments less bank charges.

​

POSTPONEMENTS*

If the event is postponed, payments will remain valid. If the early bird dates are postponed, participants who have already paid full registration fees are eligible for a refund equal to the difference between full and early bird fees.

CANCELLATIONS FROM THE PARTICIPANT*

NON-AUTHORS

• Cancellations made 120 days or more in advance of the event date are entitled to a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made between 120 and 60 days of the event date are entitled to a 70% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days of the event date are entitled to a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made 30 or less days before the event are non-refundable.

AUTHORS

Cancellations made until the beginning of the reviewing process are entitled to a 100% refund. During or after this process:

• If a publication fee applies, this fee will be deducted to the 100%, 70% or 30% refund defined above, depending on the time frame that applies.

• If no publication fee is applied, then the reimbursement will follow 100%, 70% or 30% refund defined above, depending on the time frame that applies.

SPONSORS

For sponsorship withdraws up to 180 days before the conference, a refund of 50% applies. For withdraws less than 180 days before the conference, no refund is due.
